1970's Follis Bicycle Fixed Gear Conversion-Velocity Wheels, Flip Flop Hub. Condition is "Used". This is a 1970's Follis road bike that was converted to a fixie. Unfortunately, it was ridden less than 40 miles after being converted to a fixie due to mainly riding other bikes. Frame is in great shape with original seatpost, seat, stem, cranks, and brakes. It has Deep V Velocity wheels without braking surfaces machined and Continental Gator-Skin tires. The rear hub is a flip flop hub with a 16 tooth on the fixed gear side and a 40/52 combination chainring. Vintage Christophe pedalsIt is a fun bike and is quite light for being a steel frame. The brakes do squeak with the combination of old pads and non-machined rims. Not a major concern if you are riding fixed gear and could be rectified with new pads if wanting to ride with the free-hub. Right grip will slightly spin if you twist on it hard but majority of time with normal riding, it stays in place just fine. Open to offers! Thanks for looking!
